Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Kings XI Punjab Live - IPL 2015 Match 27

After some high scoring games we have seen some low scoring encounters in last one week. Good to see bowlers getting some credit by restricting the oppositions to low scores. Today we have a match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab, both the teams are in the bottom half of points table. Watch Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Kings XI Punjab live streaming on Star Sports HD website and HotStar mobile app. Live telecast on TV will be available on Sony Six, Set Max and Sony Pix.

Kings XI Punjab had a dream run last year when they topped the points tally and reached the finals too. The things are other way round this year. They are at the bottom of the points tally with just two wins out of six matches. Although they haven't lost the ground yet. If they win almost every single match from here on they have a bright chance of making it to the knock outs. But they are not performing to that level.

Last match for them was a disaster. Chasing a big total of 193 set by Chennai Super Kings, Punjab could score only 95 runs from 20 overs. They suffered their biggest defeat. We expect some good knocks from Sehwag, Bailey, Shaun Marsh or David Miller.

Similar is the story for Sunrisers. They have managed to win just two matches out of their total six outings. Better run rate has kept them above Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab in the points table. Their last match could have gone their way. MI posted a small total of 157. Sunrisers lost their way right from the start when Shikhar Dhawan and Warner left early. That win could have led their way up in the table.

Kings XI heavily relies on the performances of Sehwag, Maxwell, Miller and Marsh. Similarly Sunrisers long for a good start from Warner and Dhawan. Let us see which players have an upper hand today.

Head to head both the teams have won two matches each. One team will take the lead today here at Mohali.
